When you subscribe to an AnKing deck through AnkiHub, all cards are suspended by default. This means they won’t appear in your regular study queue even though they’ve been successfully downloaded.

How to fix this:

    • On the left-hand side, click on Tags
    • Look for tags like #AK_Step1_V12 (or the appropriate version for your deck)

  2. If you can see the tags but no cards appear to study:

    • This confirms the deck is installed, but all cards are suspended
    • Select the tags for the specific content you want to study
    • Click on a card
    • Use Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on Mac) to select all cards
