Hi! My medical provides us with a paid subscription/access to ankihub which includes access to the AnKing deck, however it is no longer loading and I continuously get the message attached. Any idea how to fix it?

Hi there! I understand you’re having trouble with your school-supplied AnkiHub membership that includes access to the AnKing deck. Based on the error message you’re experiencing, I have a few suggestions to help resolve this issue:
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
Check your AnkiHub login status
- Make sure you’re properly logged into AnkiHub through the add-on
- You may need to reset your password at: https://app.ankihub.net/accounts/password/reset/
-
Verify your school organization membership
- Your school subscription may need to be renewed or there might be an issue with your account’s association with the school’s organization
- Check with your school’s administrator who manages the AnkiHub organization
-
Distinguish between AnkiWeb and AnkiHub issues
- AnkiWeb and AnkiHub are separate services
- If you’re getting an error related to AnkiWeb syncing, you may need to visit ankiweb.net to confirm your email address
-
Check for AnkiHub add-on updates
- Make sure your AnkiHub add-on is up to date
- You can check this through Anki’s add-on management screen
Next Steps:
If none of the above steps resolve your issue, I’d recommend:
- Contact your school’s AnkiHub organization administrator to verify your membership status
- If that doesn’t help, reach out to AnkiHub support directly at support@ankihub.net with details about your school membership
Would you be able to provide more details about the specific error message shown in your attachment? That would help me give you more targeted advice.
