If you have just installed the AnKing Step deck and you have 0 cards.
First, you can double-check that the cards are indeed present. First, click on ‘Browse’, then navigate to your tags and look for the AnKing Step tags, as so:

If you see lots of cards there, you’re all set and can proceed to the directions below.

If you click there, and there are no cards (or very few), give this a tutorial a shot first and then follow the instruction below as normal: Resetting Local Changes
Once you see cards in the Browse screen, and not on the main screen, that typically means that the cards are currently suspended, which is normal.
To be able to view the cards from the main Anki screen:
- Go to browse
- On the left-hand side, go to tags
- Find the tag you want to use (for example, #AK_Step1_V12)
- Click on a card
- Right click → toggle suspend
You will now see 1 blue card on your main Anki screen. You can now do this to any card by going through tags (e.g., Pathoma, Boards & Beyond) and unsuspend cards accordingly.
